Kat’s Yoga and Wellness Retreat is suitable not only for experienced Yogis but also for beginners. Daily yoga sessions are tailored to an individual’s skill level and goals.
These custom instructions include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation. Instructions can be adapted to fulfill a range of goals, such as addressing physical limitations, developing a regular home practice, or deepening and intensifying existing practice.

About Villa Graciosa
Villa Graciosa is a quaint villa with a large private pool and charming garden. The beach with its majestic rock formations is a short 10-minute walk from the Villa.
Villa Graciosa can accommodate 10 people with spacious rooms comfortable beds with plenty of natural light and air that completes the warm Mediterranean vibe of the Villa.
It is situated in the centre of the City of Lagos. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals and other establishments are accessible from the Villa.
