We’ll meet on our mats at home and nourish our bodies and souls with a virtual yoga and brunch.
How it works: Once you have reserved your slot, I will send you a few recipes for healthy meals to prepare before our call. We will eat our meals together after the yoga session. Please feel free to choose any meal you like, you may also prepare anything outside the list.
This session is perfect for solo activities, Team building events, a weekend plan with friends from other cities, or connecting with people from all over the world.
